UHPLC and HPLC Columns

Achieving New Levels of

Freedom and Performance

Maintain performance while discovering your ideal conditions with Flexfire’s wide selection of HPLC and UHPLC columns.

Superior Silica

Bring high-density, and low-metal silica to your lab. FlexFire’s superior silica is evidenced by the ability to separate up to a 1-base difference in 20-base of nucleotides.
Column: FlexFire Column mAb-RP, 2.6 µm (2.0×50 mm)

For the best resolution and retention, we suggest using Diisopropanolamine (DIPA) as your ion-pair. For comparison, we have also displayed our results while using triethylamine (TEA).

FlexFire’s Metal-Free Columns

Sharpen your peaks shapes with FlexFire’s metal-free columns. Metal-free columns prevent absorption of target compounds and allow your the peaks to reach new heights!
How it Works

FlexFire’s metal-free column has a PEEK tube inside the stainless steel tube. This makes it highly durable, even under high pressure.

The PEEK interior prevents the compounds from coming into contact with the stainless steel exterior of the tube.

Metal-free diagram
In the chromatogram below, we demonstrate a comparison of results between a traditional column and a metal-free column. The metal-free column separates ATP and ADP that the traditional column did not. Additionally, the AMP shows a sharper peak shape when using the metal-free column.
