How it Works

FlexFire’s innovative metal-free column design features a PEEK tube within the stainless steel exterior. This construction allows remarkable durability, even when operating under high-pressure conditions.

 

The PEEK interior of our metal-free columns prevent compounds from interacting with the stainless steel surface, avoiding unwanted adsorption and peak distortion. This ensures high-resolution separations and accurate results in LC and HPLC analyses.

In the chromatogram below, we compare a traditional HPLC column with a metal-free HPLC column. The metal-free column effectively separates ATP and ADP, which the traditional column fails to achieve. Furthermore, the metal-free column produces a sharper peak shape for AMP.
