  1. L(+)-Ascorbic acid (53 µg/mL)
  2. Nicotinic acid (17 µg/mL)
  3. Nicotinamide (15 µg/mL)
  4. Calcium (+)-pantothenate (0.41 mg/mL)
  5. Pyridoxine hydrochloride (17 µg/mL)
  6. Riboflavin sodium phosphate (53 µg/mL)
  7. Folic acid (21 µg/mL)
  8. (+)-Biotin (0.15 mg/mL)
  9. Tiamin hydrochloride (0.10 mg/mL)
  10. Cyanocobalamin (52 µg/mL)

HPLC Analytical Conditions:

Column:  Develosil HSR C18, 5 µm (4.6 x 150 mm)
Mobile Phase: A) 20 mM NH₄H₂PO₄ (pH=3.0) contianing 5 mM CH₃(CH₂)₅SO₃Na
B) Methanol containing 5 mM CH₃(CH₂)₅SO₃Na
Gradient: B) 5% (0-5 min), 5%-25% (5-25 min), 25% (25-35 min)
Flow Rate: 1.0 mL/min
Temperature: 40°C
Detection: UV at 210 nm
Injection Volume: 5 µL
