  2. Red Wine

HPLC Analytical Conditions:

Column:  Develosil HSR C18, 5 µm ( 4.6 x 150 mm)
Mobile Phase: Acetonitrile/Water=20/80
Flow Rate: 1.0 mL/min
Temperature: 40°C
Detection: UV at 280 nm
Injection Volume: 1. Resveratrol Standard (5 µL)
2. Red Wine (10 µL)

Red Wine Sample Preparation:

*Red wine was filtered through a 0.45 µm filter.
